Privacy Policy

This page says what Sunday Town (sunday.town) keeps about you, why, for how long, and how to delete it. It covers sunday.town and every game on it, including Santi Sukha Pagoda.

1. What we keep

• A device cookie. Your browser gets a random code, so we know it is you when you come back. We store only a scrambled form of this code, never the code itself.
• Your player name. You choose it. Our name rules check it, and Google's Gemini AI model on Google Cloud reads it once before other visitors can see it, to stop abusive names. If a name is abusive, we replace it with a neutral name.
• Your choices in the game: woman or man for your figure, your clothes, and your language.
• Merit and visits: the merit you earn each day, your days in a row, and what you do in the game, for example lighting a lamp.
• Sign-in. If you sign in with Facebook, Google or TikTok, we keep only the ID that the service gives us for you. We do not ask for your email, your friends, your photos or your videos. We do not read your TikTok profile, and we never post anything to your account.
• Technical data. Your IP address, your browser type and the pages you open are written in our server logs. We use them to keep the service safe and to fix errors.
• Visit counting. Our own counter, Umami, runs on our own server. It counts the pages you open, the site that sent you, your country and city, your device, browser, language and screen size, and how fast the page loads. It sets no cookie and does not keep your IP address.
• Settings on your phone. Your settings, such as language, sound and picture quality, stay in your browser only. We do not receive them.

2. What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not show ads, and we use no advertising tools.
• There are no payments. sunday.town is free.

3. Who else sees your data

• Other visitors see your player name and what you do in the game, after your name has been checked.
• Google Cloud reads your player name once, to check it.
• If you sign in with Facebook, Google or TikTok, that service knows that you signed in to sunday.town. Its own privacy policy applies.
• Our pages load code from jsDelivr and fonts from Google Fonts, so these services see your IP address when a page opens.
• Microsoft Clarity sees how our pages are used: taps, clicks, scrolls and errors. It hides what you type, and it is not used in Europe. It sets no cookie on our site, but Microsoft may set its own cookies on clarity.ms and bing.com. Microsoft's privacy statement applies.
• We share data with the authorities only when the law requires it.

4. Where we keep it

On our servers in Singapore.

5. How long we keep it

• Sign-in: 30 days after your last visit, that browser is signed out.
• Your account, name and merit: until you delete your account.
• Backups: 14 days. After you delete your account, its data is gone from our backups within 14 days.
• Server logs: a short time. They are overwritten automatically.

6. How to delete your data

Send an email to hello@hyperzap.co with the subject "Delete my Sunday Town account" and your player name. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We then delete your account in every game on sunday.town, with your name, your merit and your sign-in IDs, within 30 days, and we tell you by email when it is done.

To disconnect sunday.town from your Facebook, Google or TikTok account, open that service's settings for connected apps and remove it there.

7. Children

sunday.town is for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, please do not use it. If we learn that a child under 13 has an account, we delete it.

8. Changes to this page

We may change this page. The date at the top shows the latest change. If a change is important, we also show a notice on sunday.town.
