၁။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကား မည်သူနည်း
Sunday Town (sunday.town) ကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပါသည်။ sunday.town သို့မဟုတ် ၎င်းပေါ်ရှိ မည်သည့်ဂိမ်းကိုမဆို အသုံးပြုသည့်အခါ ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများကို သင်သဘောတူပါသည်။
၂။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု
sunday.town သည် လူများအတူတကွ လည်ပတ်နိုင်သော အခမဲ့အွန်လိုင်းနေရာများဖြစ်သည်။ ပထမဆုံးတစ်ခုမှာ သန္တိသုခ စေတီတော် ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ၎င်းသည် အေးချမ်းသော အွန်လိုင်းမြန်မာစေတီတော်ဖြစ်ကာ သင်သည် ဆီမီးပူဇော်ခြင်း၊ ပန်းကပ်ခြင်း၊ ရေချမ်းကပ်ခြင်း၊ ခေါင်းလောင်းထိုးခြင်းနှင့် အခြားဧည့်သည်များနှင့်အတူ တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာ ထိုင်နေနိုင်ပါသည်။ ၎င်းသည် အခမဲ့ဖြစ်ပြီး မည်သည့်ငွေပေးချေမှုမှ မရှိပါ။
၃။ အသက်
sunday.town ကို အသုံးပြုရန်အတွက် သင်သည် ၁၃ နှစ် သို့မဟုတ် ထို့ထက်ကြီးရပါမည်။
၄။ လေးစားစွာ ပြုမူပါ
စေတီတော်သည် လေးစားရမည့်နေရာဖြစ်သည်။ အောက်ပါတို့ကို မပြုလုပ်ရ-
- ရိုင်းစိုင်းသော၊ မုန်းတီးဖွယ်ရာ သို့မဟုတ် လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အမည်ကို ရွေးချယ်ခြင်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် ရဟန်း၊ သီလရှင် သို့မဟုတ် အခြားသူတစ်ဦးအဖြစ် ဟန်ဆောင်ခြင်း၊
- ဘုရား၊ တရား၊ သံဃာ သို့မဟုတ် မည်သည့်ဘာသာကိုမဆို စော်ကားခြင်း၊
- အခြားဧည့်သည်များကို နှောင့်ယှက်ခြင်း၊ ခြိမ်းခြောက်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ဒုက္ခပေးခြင်း၊
- ဘော့တ်များ သို့မဟုတ် လိမ်လည်မှုများကို အသုံးပြုခြင်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ဖျက်ဆီးရန်၊ ဝန်ပိုတင်ရန် သို့မဟုတ် တိုက်ခိုက်ရန် ကြိုးစားခြင်း၊
- ဥပဒေကို ချိုးဖောက်ခြင်း။
ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများကို ချိုးဖောက်ပါက၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် သင့်အမည်ကို ပြောင်းလဲခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ဝှက်ထားခြင်း၊ သင့်ကုသိုလ်ကို ဖယ်ရှားခြင်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် သင့်အား အချိန်အတိုင်းအတာတစ်ခုအထိ သို့မဟုတ် အပြီးအပိုင် ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့် ပိတ်ပင်ခြင်းတို့ကို ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
၅။ သင့်အကောင့်
သင်သည် ဧည့်သည်အဖြစ် လည်ပတ်နိုင်သည်၊ သို့မဟုတ် Facebook, Google သို့မဟုတ် TikTok ဖြင့် ဝင်ရောက်နိုင်ပါသည်။ ၎င်းတို့၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင်စည်းမျဉ်းများသည် ထိုအကောင့်များအတွက် သက်ဆိုင်ပါသည်။ သင်သည် သင့်အကောင့်ကို အချိန်မရွေး ဖျက်နိုင်ပါသည်။ ကိုယ်ရေးကိုယ်တာမူဝါဒတွင် မည်သို့ပြုလုပ်ရမည်ကို ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။

၇။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ အကြောင်းအရာ
စေတီတော်၊ ၎င်း၏ပုံများ၊ အသံများ၊ ဂီတနှင့် ကုဒ်များသည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ပိုင်ဆိုင်သည် သို့မဟုတ် ကျေးဇူးတင်လွှာတွင် ဖော်ပြထားသည့်အတိုင်း ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အား အသုံးပြုခွင့်ပေးထားသူများ ပိုင်ဆိုင်ပါသည်။ ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ အခြားအသုံးပြုမှုများအတွက် ကူးယူခြင်းမပြုရ။
၈။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု၏ လက်ရှိအခြေအနေ
sunday.town သည် အသစ်ဖြစ်ပြီး ပြောင်းလဲနေဆဲဖြစ်သည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ၎င်းကို ပြောင်းလဲခြင်း၊ ခေတ္တရပ်နားခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ရပ်ဆိုင်းခြင်းတို့ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ ဥပဒေက ခွင့်ပြုသလောက် ၎င်းသည် အမြဲတမ်း အလုပ်လုပ်မည် သို့မဟုတ် ဒေတာများ ဘယ်တော့မှ မပျောက်ဆုံးမည်ဟု ကတိမပြုဘဲ "လက်ရှိအခြေအနေအတိုင်း" ပေးပါသည်။

ဥပဒေက ခွင့်ပြုသလောက် sunday.town ကို အသုံးပြုခြင်းမှ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော မည်သည့်ဆုံးရှုံးမှုအတွက်မဆို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့တွင် တာဝန်မရှိပါ။
၁၀။ ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများအား ပြောင်းလဲခြင်း
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများကို ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါသည်။ အပေါ်ဆုံးရှိ ရက်စွဲသည် နောက်ဆုံးပြောင်းလဲမှုကို ပြသပါသည်။ ပြောင်းလဲပြီးနောက် sunday.town ကို ဆက်လက်အသုံးပြုပါက၊ သင်သည် စည်းမျဉ်းအသစ်များကို လက်ခံပါသည်။
၁၁။ ဥပဒေ
ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများသည် စင်္ကာပူနိုင်ငံ၏ ဥပဒေကို လိုက်နာပြီး၊ မည်သည့်အငြင်းပွားမှုကိုမဆို စင်္ကာပူတရားရုံးများက ဆုံးဖြတ်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

1. Who we are
We run Sunday Town (sunday.town). When you use sunday.town or any game on it, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
sunday.town is a set of free online places that people visit together. The first one is Santi Sukha Pagoda, a calm online Myanmar pagoda where you can light a lamp, offer flowers and water, ring the bell and sit quietly with other visitors. It is free, and there are no payments.
3. Age
You must be 13 or older to use sunday.town.
4. Behave with respect
The pagoda is a place of respect. Do not:
- choose a name that is rude, hateful or sexual, or that pretends to be a monk, a nun or another person;
- insult the Buddha, the Dhamma, the Sangha or any religion;
- harass, threaten or trouble other visitors;
- use bots or cheats, or try to break, overload or attack the service;
- break the law.
If you break these rules, we may change or hide your name, remove your merit, or stop you from entering, for a time or for good.
5. Your account
You can visit as a guest, or sign in with Facebook, Google or TikTok. Their own terms apply to those accounts. You can delete your account at any time; the Privacy Policy says how.
6. Merit
Merit points in the game have no money value. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged. We may correct them if they are wrong.
7. Our content
The pagoda, its pictures, sounds, music and code belong to us or to the people who allowed us to use them, as listed in the credits. Do not copy them for other uses without permission.
8. The service as it is
sunday.town is new and still changing. We may change it, pause it or stop it. We give it "as is", without promises that it will always work or never lose data, as far as the law allows.
9. Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using sunday.town.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest change. If you keep using sunday.town after a change, you accept the new terms.
11. Law
These terms follow the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore decide any dispute.
